It sounds to me like Newtek has reached the point where maybe they
ought to have a dedicated support person(s) to deal on this alias, who
doesn't write code, probably doesn't make as much $$$ as Allen, but who
has access to Allen and knows Lightwave well enough to take his place.
It's never reasonable for the customer base to expect access to
development staff once a product has reached this level.
