  17. It sounds to me like Newtek has reached the point where maybe they 
  18. ought to have a dedicated support person(s) to deal on this alias, who 
  19. doesn't write code, probably doesn't make as much $$$ as Allen, but who 
  20. has access to Allen and knows Lightwave well enough to take his place.  
  21. It's never reasonable for the customer base to expect access to 
  22. development staff once a product has reached this level.
